Styling
At The Hair Boutique, appointments are an hour long rather than
the usual 30 or 45 minute session, ensuring that there’s plenty of time
for the all-important first stage in any visit - the consultation.
This uniquely unhurried and in-depth consultation enables us to
fully understand your likes and concerns, review the health and
condition of your hair and scalp, discuss the look you’re after, share
our insights and expert advice on the latest trends for this season,
and perhaps most importantly, make sure you’re completely clear and
happy about the cut and/or colour you and your stylist decide upon.
Men's Styling
In today’s fashion-conscious times, with men’s styling increasingly

Colour
At The Hair Boutique, we are widely known for our excellent colouring approach and technical skills.
Whatever your hair colour or type, a full colour and technical
assessment forms a key part of our signature consultation. As an
essential preparation for creating the perfect colour each and every
time, we review how your previous colour has worked, discuss your likes
and dislikes, and look at how the colour has worn since any previous
salon visits.
We look to create both longer term and shorter term goals with our
clients, with an overview of the most suitable hair trends to keep your
look on-trend and moving forward, along with more frequent seasonal
changes to keep your colour fresh and exiting.
Volume
Permanent volume is ideal for supporting a style that needs extra
lift or structure to hold a blow-dry, and is really effective if you
have fine or flat hair, or are a regular blow-dry client.
Creative Volume is a great way to give movement to hair that doesn’t
naturally have it, or to control movement in otherwise hard-to-manage
hair. It’s particularly useful for managing softer curls, especially if
you like to blow-dry them out from time to time.

permanent volume.
